I'm a student of the Plum Village tradition of Zen master and Peace activist Thich Nhat Hanh. I'm also nonviolence organizer in the tradition of MLK, and a 200-hour certified yoga teacher through Prjana yoga school based in Santa Fe. My research interests involve exploring ways that contemplative practices in Buddhism and yoga can support creative and effect socio-political engagement.
